• No this is a computer case. A computer case is an empty case to build a computer. If you’ve never done it. I recommend buying a fully put together pc. Best Buy has some decently priced ones last time I was there. If you have a Best Buy near you check out the pc area. Talk to the people. They can answer all the questions you may have.
