yes you can change all the colors of the fans to red, and it can fit the b450 max motherboard and it does support the gtx 1660 ti gpu.

Please try again later.Hi Derek, It includes the 3 front RGB fans (for which you can change colors on with a compatible motherboard), and 1 non RGB fan in the rear (all 120mm). Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just installed the B450 Max. It fits, but leaves virtually no room at the top to add fans. I got 2-140mm for cheap so wanted to add to the top. I could easily put 1 towards the front, but the heat sync at the top of my MSI board that says Arsenal Gaming was blocking adding the back fan. I think a 120mm would fit no problem though. No way I see fitting an AIO cooler up there.
