• Hi Mike, The SPEC-DELTA RGB is only a case - internal components needed for a full running system (motherboard, CPU, RAM, etc.) are not included. • Yes, you will need to buy those as well as internal components to complete a pc. This is just an empty case used to build a custom pc.
