QuestionHello, I recently purchased this and built a PC. I've come across an issue though. The case RGB lights do not turn on. The fans and everything else works fine, and I made sure everything was plugged into the motherboard correct. What could be the issue?

QuestionI was going to upgrade my pc and I have a dell 9020 slim form factor motherboard and I was wondering if it would fit in this pc case? And my graphics card that I’m going to use is rtx 2060 and that supposedly would Hot would this pc case help Cool it down

- Answer Hi Michael, You would want to check with Dell to ensure that the motherboard in the 9020 uses one of the standard ATX form factors (such as ATX, mATX, mini-ITX) so that it would properly fit and line up in our case. Additional airflow can certainly help if your previous case did not have as much airflow. QuestionHi! I'm looking for a nice case with included fans under $80, and this one caught my eye! How is the airflow in this case? I do notice that the front panel is closed off quite a bit, but I hope this wouldn't raise thermals too much. Thanks, and stay safe!

- Answer mesh on top and bottom of front panel looks pretty decent and i’d imagine that it’s sufficient. i just finished building my rig with it and it ran fine but i haven’t ran anything to test loading temps yet so not sure, i wouldn’t worry about it though

QuestionI just bought this case and the back panel won't come off. I took off the two screws in the back and was pulling on the back panel and it wouldn't come off. Is there anything else i need to do or is my case broken?

QuestionHow do you remove the last fan (the fan closest to the ground located in the front panel)? I was able to remove all of them, but this one. The last one seems to have a different screw that they used to put it on there.
