What do the extra two buttons do? null

Buttons can be mapped to keyboard buttons helpful in gaming for quick access to functions.

If you’re talking about the buttons on the left mouse button, then it is to change the speed/sensitivity of the cursor the top button increases level of sensitivity while bottom button lowers sensitivity. If you’re talking about the very far left buttons, then they’re for game (weapons) configuration, particularly if you’re playing a shooter game like modern warfare, cs:go, etc.

You can bind the two buttons to anything you want it to be. Example : You can bind one of the buttons to be "c"

The two buttons on the left side of the mouse are primarily used for page back and forth, but are fully customizable. I use them as hotkeys in minecraft. They are extremely handy for needing a quick button press without thinking.
