    • Answer Hi, Correct. This headset may operate on Bluetooth or via USB/3.5mm. Bluetooth connection is intended for usage with mobile devices, while wired connection is intended for PC/console. You'll also be able to maintain a simultaneous connection to your gaming device (via 3.5mm/USB) and Bluetooth device (typically mobile device) so you may concurrently hear from and communicate to both sources.     • Answer Josias they asking like what version of bluetooth. Bluetooth 4.0,4.1,5.0 etc. Bluetooth is technically just radio based our 2.4ghz signal like wifi and mouse receivers. They all radios of some sort. Transmitting different data. You might be able to find this information in manual or quick guide if not. Email the support or maybe find software that can read what bluetooth it's commicatingn with your computer.

    • Answer As far as I found the usb dongle is for 2.4ghz. Don't take my word for it. You can try contacting cosair support. I'll let you know once I get the headphones.
