• Yes it does. In fact, it comes with a nice array of screws for the MB, HD and extra fans as well as several zip ties to make the build look tidy.

• Yes. The risers were pre-installed for ATX configurations, but includes extras, as well as the MoBo screws, HDD, SDD, Zip Ties, and RGB Riser

• Yes I have an ATX and it fits mine. Will fit a micro and mini as well.
