Does this system need the liquid replaced? null

No ive used Corsair coolers for years, as long as the factory design an connections are not compromised than it'll last yeara to come , But like all electronics an coolers it needs frequent cleaning and all connections, checked to avoid something not working correctly which will cause overheating failure to the cooler and possibly your PC

No. The system is closed, so the liquid is not replaceable. Technically, a very small amount of liquid on a molecular level does leak out over years, so liquid coolers are supposed to be replaced every 5-10 years. But the liquid cannot be changed or replaced. In most situations, the coolers should outlive the computers.
