• Hi Rickybobby, Each SP RGB ELITE fan is equipped with a 4-pin PWM (for fan power and control) and 4-pin RGB (for RGB lighting power and control) connector. The Lighting Node CORE connects to a USB 2.0 header on your motherboard, and a SATA power connector from your PSU. • Fans are 4pin PWM. The lighting node core plugs into your motherboards USB2.0 pin port, and also has a data cable for power. To power the fans, either plug them to your motherboard or a fan controller.

• Its 3 pin but the fans all connect to The controller and the controller goes to the motherboard via usb pjn

• Most of them are 4 pins and you should plug it into the motherboard or a pwm fan hub.
