Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contact GeekSquad and they will tell you if the memory upgrade will work in your computer. Computers like mine (and maybe yours) have a limit on the amount of RAM you can install, mine is limited to 8GB and the the 16Gb did not work. I called Best Buy customer service and they told me the 16GB would work so I ordered online. The computer would not even boot p with the new RAM. I went to the store and meet the Geek Squad rep who checked and found it would just not work in my computer. He then got me the correct information and help with return and refund. They did not have in stock the memory I needed and gave me several vendors that were likely to have it. So go to GeekSquad for the info you need. Before I upgraded I was considering buying a new computer but the upgraded memory make it work so well I am sticking with the machine I have. So upgrading your RAM is a real boost and worth the money.
