Does this model come with 4090 founders edition? null

They put whatever 4090 card they can source. It might be a Nvidia Founders but lately they have been sending them out with Zotac Trinity or Palit Game Rock. Other customers have reported getting PNY, MSI entry level 4090 cards. They only sent them out with Founders right when it launched. After the founders comes into better supply, they will probably just use those like they did with the i7300.
