Is this kit compatible with Alienware aurora r8? null

Depends...this is a 288 pin DDR4 3200MHZ made for a desktop. If you are using a memory already with a 3200 MHZ DDR4, then yes, it should work. They are thicker on top edge and I had to do a little wiggling to get them put in right but they work just fine.
