• Hi aj, This is standard desktop DDR4 length and would fit in those motherboard RAM slots as long as they accept standard desktop DDR4 memory. -Brian

• Yes this is compatible, although ITX motherboards are designed to fit in smaller cases, and the case may not be compatible with this power supply.
