• There's nothing to make it compatible. The gt 720 you're referring to is a graphics card. Those memories cannot be upgrade. You will have to get a new graphics card

• yes, this should work. I used a site called pc part picker to see the incompatibilities it might have, it said there were no problems. pcpartpicker.com.
