• i treid plugging the usb into my xbox one and it didnt work. It only worked when i plugged the 3.5mm jack into the headset and controller.

• Not sure about that, but the headset and supplied mic work fine if you use the 3.5mm stereo cable, just make sure mic setting is turned on in audio setting.

• No, it has its own proprietary dedicated usb transmitter and it does not work off of Bluetooth
