• A:Answer There are 3 settings, use the last setting with 90 or number 9. And make sure use filtered water. Or distilled it will generate more steam. Mine get very hot to a point you have to stick your head out to breathe.

Q: QuestionWhat is the best way to thoroughly clean?

• A:Answer To be honest with you its high temperature steam it cleans it self. But you must clean the bottom tray after each use. Thats where all the sweat and water collection takes place. Also use something to keep your feet 1 or 2 inches above from the dirty water.

• A:Answer Yes, you must use clean water. I personally prefer distilled water or filtered water that way the machine generates clean healthy steam. But but you can use any water you like.
