There is a button under the display to adjust the carafe temp to adjust it between low, medium, and high.

The "Carafe Temp" button is just below the blue digital screen/clock/readout. Each time you push the button, it will cycle between low, medium, and high (you'll see and "L", "M", or "H" on the far left side of the small blue screen as you cycle through the temps.
