A:AnswerI don’t think you’re suppose to use paper filters! The one it comes with is suppose to eliminate that. You simply add the grounds to that filter and then empty and rinse when you’re done!
A:AnswerRun water and vinegar through the cleaning process .I usually mix it half and half . Sometimes I have to do it a couple of times . Red light should go off then run just water through to rinse out the vinegar.
A:AnswerI’ve had 4 of these coffee makers and never had that problem, would never have any other kind . Call manufacturer, they are very helpful and easy to work with if it’s still under warranty.
