We're having the same problem! It happened a while back, but we forgot to note how we fixed the problem. Will try to come up with a solution and get back to you. Also, this SS-15 Series was purchased, 2016, from a dept. store and was returned/replaced, (no hassles, no questions), almost two years to the day of original purchase. This replacement is, going belly-up, almost a month prior to the replacement date of 08.2018. May be time to change brands!
