“The single serve side leaks water under/around the reservoir. First one started doing this 8 months in. The replacement started doing it week one. The fixes suggested by cuisinart do not work. Really disappointed. Does anyone have suggestions?”

I had a similar issue and there was a zip tie around the cord that was interfering with water reservoir sitting properly and it leaked. It doesn't appear to be happening now that I cut off the zip tie on the cord.
