- Answer Put the generic single serve pod in their empty and you won't have splashing

- Answer The coffeemaker comes with two water filters. However, they need to be replaced with new water filters every three months depending on your water quality.

- Answer Yes, it will accommodate your Yeti cup. I use my Yeti cup on the single service size and it just fits. If not, you can remove the little plate which will allow for a little more space.

- Answer The coffee pot uses a reusable filter that is included the one cup side uses the K-cup so they are separate also note the K-cup is sold separately hope this helps I believe it all comes from the same reservoir not sure on the ounces

QuestionI just purchased my coffee center & am trying to brew a single cup of coffee. I filled the water resivour to the max line and put my own coffee in the appropriate Kcup holder. but the add water light is still on & I can't brew the coffee. please advise?

QuestionI bought one of these units. Everytime I put a KCup in the unit and run it, it literally explodes the KCup and I have coffee grounds everywhere. Help!

- Answer I have heard of this problem, but never experienced it myself. When you install a new k-cup, but sure to push down on it so that the top is level with the holder, THEN close the top. Don't rely on the closing of the top to properly seat the k-cup. Hope this helps.

QuestionI just bought this coffee maker and while I can brew single cups, I cannot get the multi cup (the pot) to work. There is water, it hit brew and bold but no coffee comes out...it beeps when its done but nothing.

- Answer The coffeemaker has the auto shut off feature. The coffeemaker will beep when it reaches the auto shut off timeframe.

- Answer No, there are two separate reservoirs. The single cup brewer is a 40oz.

QuestionJust got mine. Doing the setup. Poured 12 cups of water in. It brewed 8 cups and the rest is sitting in the coffee area. I can’t figure out how to get that water out. What happened?

- Answer Ok. Same thing happened to me. I figured out it was because I did NOT have the lid on the carafe. Once I put the lid on, the water that remained in the filter area came out. Hope this helps.

Questionhow long does it take to brew a single cup? And how long for a whole pot?

- Answer A whole pot is relatively quick, about 7-10 minutes. Learning curve is when the “brew” button is flashing it is actually brewing. The instructions don’t say it and when a button flashes I assume it’s indicating it needs to be pushed. Once we figured that out brewing was much faster ! The single cup takes longer than our old Keurig which is what we replaced and doesn’t offer a steady stream; it kind of spurts out.
