“I bought one of these units. Everytime I put a KCup in the unit and run it, it literally explodes the KCup and I have coffee grounds everywhere. Help!”

I have heard of this problem, but never experienced it myself. When you install a new k-cup, but sure to push down on it so that the top is level with the holder, THEN close the top. Don't rely on the closing of the top to properly seat the k-cup. Hope this helps.
