QuestionCan you increase the amount of water that is dispensed in the single cup? We like LARGE coffee mugs and the large cup setting gives us half a cup of coffee.

- Answer When I use a travel mug which hold more than the settings. I brew 2 x to fill the cup and I use the same pod.

QuestionCan't seem to get the auto-off function to initiate. Is there a sequence to it?

- Answer If you have set the desired length of time during your product setup as directed, the auto-off function automatically kicks in at the end of brewing. The blue light will switch from the top half of the brew/warm button to the bottom half indicating the unit is in warm mode. It will stay there until the preset time up to 4 hours has passed and the alarm beeps sound and the light will switch back to the top half.

- Answer If it is lined up and seated properly, then I would return it for a replacement. It could be that one is faulty. I haven't had any leaking problems with mine

- Answer Usually that means the top needle is clogged. Take a paper clip, or the cleaning brush and push it into the small hole. That should clear the clog and it will stop flashing. Consult your owners manual for information about whether the needle can be removed.

QuestionI have the ss-15 series and when I brewed a single service. It only made a very small amount and then stopped and all 3 lights on the single serve side came on. Does anyone know what happened? I cleaned out the bottom needle with a paper clip.

- Answer As previously noted, put a paper clip in the hole in the top to clean it out, then run a cup of coffee without a K-cup to rinse out the hole. You will see grounds in the bottom of the cup. Repeat this until you don't see any grounds. This is the way to flush out the grounds you loosed in the hole.
