A:AnswerUsually that means the top needle is clogged. Take a paper clip, or the cleaning brush and push it into the small hole. That should clear the clog and it will stop flashing. Consult your owners manual for information about whether the needle can be removed.
A:AnswerAs previously noted, put a paper clip in the hole in the top to clean it out, then run a cup of coffee without a K-cup to rinse out the hole. You will see grounds in the bottom of the cup. Repeat this until you don't see any grounds. This is the way to flush out the grounds you loosed in the hole.
