• As long as they fit the space inside the oven you can bake anything. The tray has two levels, and can be flipped. At it's lowest level, you. have use of most of the space inside the oven.

• Yes to baking cake and muffins. Not sure about the mugs, but you can do anything any oven can do based on the heat needed.
