How do you turn it off without unplugging it? null

It shuts off automatically after the fan runs to cool it off. It just depends on how hot the over was.

1) you can leave the oven to let it shut itself off or 2) you can press and hold onto the circle dial till it goes back to its menu bar and then let it go

It will shut off automatically after a short time with no activity.
