• I use mine specifically for my cpap machine and it definitely works well with mine. Many times my electricity went down and my backup performed well. It does the trick every time.

• I wouldn't count on it. Without knowing what CPAP machine you're using, can't say what the draw is. Even if the UPS can power the CPAP under battery power, the run time isn't that long (in other words, it probably won't support the CPAP machine all night long)

• Medical equipment should use a UPS that is "Medical Grade". CyberPower does make Medical Grade UPS's. Admittedly, they are more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
