“I have a 625 VA battery back-up system. Half of the outlets work, but the other half (surge/battery) do not. Is there a way to fix this other than buying a new battery back-up system? Thanks.”

• I'm not aware of a way to set them all up for surge/battery. I own more than one of these and all of them are configured the same. I try to use the non-battery plugs for things that don't lose all memory if the power goes not.
