Not designed for motors or compressors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the wattage of the fridge is more than the outlet on the UPS is good for, it will blow a fuse in the UPS. Check the specs for wattage in the owners manual for the fridge. It should be ok since both the wall outlet and UPS outlets are rated at 15 amps. How long it will last on battery backup is another story. The compressor will drain the battery pretty quick when the fridge kicks on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will not hurt the circuit it is plugged into. However, depending on the size and design of the mini-fridge, it could hurt the UPS. If the fridge is larger and uses a compressor/fan design, its possible the inrush of current can be beyond the specifications of the UPS and cause damage to the UPS. The tiny and compressor-free mini-fridges would probably be OK. But you should always review the devices electrical requirements against the specification of the UPS to make sure there is sufficient wattage and amperage to support it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To the best of my knowledge no but only good for surge protection. Not enough power to keep a mini fridge running or for just a few mins at best.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would be concerned that when the compressor for the fridge turned on it would overload the UPS.
