The USB to 120V US plug adaptor will allow it to work. You still need to have a back-up powered Wi-Fi connection because I'm guessing it's completely dependent on something else to store or send pictures/video. I'd hope the ISP has its own backup generators. It shouldn't draw much power and should last longer than a wireless router on battery power. You could probably use a smaller capacity battery in a smaller UPS if you had limited space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Assuming the camera(s) you are using are the type that only use less than 10 watts each, then yes. I have a power hungry desktop PC, 2 monitors, a router, and 2 network storage systems plugged in. At least 4 of those, including the PC are plugged into the battery backup ports, and the digital display tells me I have A LOT of time available on battery power should the need ever arise. So your camera(s) should do just fine. I hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it plugs in, I don't know why it wouldn't. Works fine on all my electronics.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on the model, the cam will use up to 78W (calculated from their specifications for a model using 120V @ .65A). This UPS has plenty of capacity to support any of the Nest indoor cam.
