Hello Nate, If you need to use an extension cord with the unit, to stay within the terms of the warranty the extension cord will need to be 14AWG or thicker and can only have a single output. The power draw should not be an issue. Thank you for submitting your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Note this is for a business with multiple units plugged in and not for home use. Our IT vendor suggested plugging into a a substantial UPS surge protector and not directly into a wall outlet or just a plain extension cord, especially to protect against a power surge which we did have during a rain storm and also could have been the age of the CyberPower Unit. Or if you need the length, the power cord should at least be plugged into a surge protector.
