• No, this is a pre built computer. just need to hook up the power, mouse and keyboard.

• No comes fully assembled in the box. Just be sure to open the glass panel and take the foam packaging out prior to turning it on. The only assembly required is plugging the mouse and keyboard in, as well as plugging it into your monitor and the wall.
