This is an AMD based system, RTX is Nvidia. The 5700XT slots in between the 2060Super and the 2070Super with some cards getting closer to the 2070Super. For $1,200 it is a well specced system, not perfect but decent for the price - read the reviews and see whether their complaints resonate with you. There is a R5 3600/5600XT sister version that slots in below this ($250 less). If you are going to use a 1080P monitor (especially without Freesync, i.e. 60Hz) then that might be a more cost effective answer. This is targeted to 1440p gamers and on older games will go way above 144Hz. On some modern games with the most/all the eye candy on you may be closer to 60Hz .

I suggest looking for another pc with an RTX 2060 super ,or a 2070 super graphics card. search on best buy for model : SLC7800BST. Its the same but with a rtx 2070 super.
