QuestionHello, i just bought this tower and I am in the process of setting it up. We had it shipped to an FPO overseas. I understand it is a closed system cooling, however it is my understanding most liquids are restricted from shipping. Must i do anything else?

QuestionHow do I add a CD/DVD R/WR driver to this unit.

- Answer you cannot add a built in unit as there are no openings in the case. However, you can get a stand alone unit which just plugs in.

QuestionI have a question.... The background screen of my computer does not stay and then turns black, then the image comes back and then it turns black again. Very inconsistent. Also, Warzone cannot be played because the game freezes a lot. PLEASE HELP ME!!

QuestionWe just received this pc and there are no lights lighting up inside the case like in the picture above. The button on top near the power button is supposed to control the colors but it doesn’t do anything at all. Do u have a remote we can purchase?

QuestionI have the 5700xt version of this build. Can I upgrade to 3060 ti without having to upgrade anything else? And if so do I need to tweak any other specs to have it work properly? Also I’m new to the pc scene, sorry if this is a dumb question.

- Answer They should all be working at the same time. I called cyber power and because i had the identical problem and one of the power connectors for the fans came loose during shipping. Very easy fix.
