“Just got this computer and top front fan is not spinning on my brand new computer. I have checked the connections and all seem fine. Shouldn't all fans be working at all times? Suggestions on how to fix this. Thank you”

They should all be working at the same time. I called cyber power and because i had the identical problem and one of the power connectors for the fans came loose during shipping. Very easy fix.
