“Ok, so I have a huge problem. When I bought my new monitor and I tried to hook it up to my computer. And it didn't work. That's when I realized that the graphics card wasn't getting power which explains the fan problem. What's the problem? Please help.”

SAME THING HAPPENED TO MINE! Took it to best buy and they said it was a huge problem with the fan not spinning. Sent the computer back and am waiting for my replacement now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The AMD Radeon RX 480 graphics card should have one 6-pin PCI-e power connector connected to it directly. Please also note that the fans on the graphics card may not start spinning until it reaches a certain temperature a load on the GPU otherwise it will stay off. This is a feature that has been implemented on all graphics cards now being sold.
