Can you connect it wit an all in one pc? null

If the All-In-One allows you to pass through an HDMI or Display Port signal then yes otherwise the AMD Radeon RX 480 provides you with one HDMI and multiple Display Port connections for connecting to a TV or monitor. ALL In One PC's dont act as monitors for other PC's they act as single input monitors AKA it will only recieve input form the internal PC
