“I can't get any sound thru my headphones. I have tried multiple things, and still have no sound. The headphones work fine on 2 other pc's here. Is there any particular setting on the pc that I'm missing?”

We thought we had the same challenge & realized that if we plugged the headphones into the monitor it works. Still not sure why it doesn't work with the tower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had the same issue when trying to plug in a gaming headset that had a microphone. Instead of plugging into the top port, try using the ones on the back (in our case- pink to pink and green to green, even though the green kinda looked gray and we initially hooked to to gray!)
