Returning at Best Buy was no problem. I actually had to twice (neither product worked out of box as should be expected! JUNK!!)

Please note that if you contact us here at CyberpowerPC, we are only able to provide warranty service or support otherwise we cannot provide refunds on Desktops that are purchased from a retailer such as Best Buy.
