When I purchased the PC they didn't offer this or at least I wasn't aware.

What i did is i wrote a review and took a screen shot of the review, and then i sended the screen shot to [email protected] as the instructions said. Remember to put your mailing address where you want your headset to be delivered. After you send it, you should receive a message like this.
