I got a MSI 165 hz monitor for around 230 bucks. While playing fortnite it only goes to 144 at the max. However you need to buy a type of cable to get 165hz, like I'm getting it from amazon and it's only like 10 to 15 bucks. Do not try to make it go to 165hz because that will just mess up the monitor.
