• 8 gb for RAM is okay but for storage such as hard drive youre definetly going to need more for example 1tb=1000gb or you could go with 500gb of hard drive storage. Some games could be 80gb and if he plays a lot of different ones then that storage could add up quick.

• 8gb of RAM is still the standard for gaming but you can always add more RAM if needed.
