• Either one works as far as I know. The F after 13700 means that there is no integrated graphics. This is just as good as the other one because the pc should already have a graphics card. (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB)

• I do t think it matters. As long as it is 12th or 13th gen. I upgraded to th i7 12700f i believe. But you will have to upgrade the cpu cooling fan.
