Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I will be using this for music production. Most desktop PCs are not equipped to handle low-latency recording. This computer will work great with running your Digital Audio Workstation and multiple heavy VST plugins for music production, but you will need an audio interface (which is basically an external sound card) if you want to record good quality guitars, vocals, acoustic drums, or any other analogue instrument. If don't plan on using analogue instruments (for instance, if you are making electronic music with a MIDI keyboard), then you may not need an audio interface and this thing's sound card should suffice. I anticipate that with the right adapters (which are usually cheap), you will be able to listen to stuff on your studio monitors/studio headphones. Good luck!
