“Does upgrading any parts such as graphics cards etc terminate the warranty or can you upgrade and the warranty is still active?”

Your warranty is only void if any of the original hardware are damaged from the upgrade otherwise upgrading your hardware does not void your warranty. We do however advise in keeping the original hardware for warranty purposes during the term of the warranty.
