Thanks for reaching out. You are able to upgrade the video card to a GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580, however, you will need to upgrade the power supply unit to at least a 500 watt power supply unit. As for the RAM, you will need to upgrade according to your motherboard as the motherboard may only support up to DDR3 RAM.
