“This is going to be my first desktop for gaming. Can it play game like Rainbow 6, Gtav, And Fortnite on high settings? Also Will this be on sale at any point in time around Christmas?”

This computer will run them on high setting but not at a very good FPS at all. It runs fortnite Low settings at 120 FPS. with some simple upgrades though you could make it run on high.
