“Can the 560 or the 580 model of this computer handle a recording device such as the Elgato HD60S if I wanted to add a facecam with it? I have tried with my laptop which is and i5 and it said that my laptop was too slow.”

Thanks for reaching out Kayla. The RX 580 would be better at handling streaming as well as the Ryzen series CPU's. It should be able to use the Elgato HD60S, however, your settings and connection will affect performance as well as the restrictions from the streaming platform.
