“I haven't seen the power supply specs anywhere. Why not? Some say 600w, others 450 or 500. Which is it? I don't see the hard drive. Is it hidden next to the psu in the bottom of the case? Will removing the side glass improve cooling?”

Thanks for reaching out Talyho. This PC should come with a 450 watt power supply unit, however, it may vary on each system. The HDD should be either on the front panel of the case or on the non-glass side panel. Removing the side glass panel should help in assisting with cooling.
