Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the RGB strips are only on the front and side panels of the PC. The colors are there to show the colors you are able to change them to. You are free to add your own RGB as well as RGB fans. The photo was supplied by cyber power pc. It is showing what the computer can look like if you upgrade. The lights are not important when using a gaming pc. It sucks you feel misled, the option to return is always there. The performance is all that matters.
