Can you hook this up with dual monitors? if so how? null

Thanks for reaching out Brendan. You should be able to use dual monitors with the video port connections on your video card. If one monitor uses HDMI and you only have one HDMI port, you would need to get an adapter or cable to the other ports on your video card to your second monitor.
